Dear future neighbor,
The first time we stood on this land above Lake Havasu, we kept asking the same question: why does a well-built home have to cost what homes cost today? Why do so many families pay $400,000 or more for a house that's tired, dark and cut off from its neighbors?
Trinity Preserve is our answer. We partnered with award-winning architecture firm Garrison Architects, who have spent more than 25 years proving that homes built off site can be real architecture. Building in a controlled facility saves time and waste. We put those savings into what matters: generous rooms, deep shade, rooftop decks and up to four bedrooms, at prices that start at $150,000.
But a house is only half of it. We designed this place to be lived in together. There's a clubhouse with a pool and a place to work, the Common Table, a long stone table where thirty neighbors can share garden-to-table dinners, a community garden, a stream, a dog park, and evenings around the fire pit. Every home opens to the outdoors, and the outdoors opens to the community.
We think a healthy life should be the default here. That means light and fresh air in every room, shade from the desert sun, places to walk and swim and grow things, and neighbors you actually know. It also means a toy garage for the boat, because a weekend on the lake is good for you too.
Whether this is your first home, your next chapter or a second home by the lake, affordable and luxurious aren't opposites. Innovation is how we close the gap, and community is what makes it a home. We can't wait to welcome you.
The Trinity Preserve team
Award-winning Garrison Architects has spent more than two and a half decades advancing off-site construction and contributed to the Modular Architecture Manual. Here, they use the efficiency of off-site construction to build permanent homes with the quality, durability and performance of contemporary architecture.
One consistent family of materials and details keeps quality high and cost down. The system still offers real choice: single-story homes for aging in place, two-story homes with big decks facing the views, and room for a deep garage.
